For my entire business career, growth has been like oxygen to me. I can’t live without it. My audience is global and they all share a common interest – they want to grow, lead and be successful.
For almost 30 years, my business brand has been built on producing results with entrepreneurs, business executives, leaders and companies around the world. It has resulted in billions of dollars in sales for my clients. While I have extensive experience on the operations side of business, my focus and interest is on driving revenue.
What differentiates me from other business consultants and trainers is that I recognized very early in my career that business is about people. This distinction has defined me as “behavioral business expert,” not just a traditional business consultant. It has allowed me to master key skillsets like sales, relationship building, leadership development, problem solving, communication, change management and marketing.
For 25 years, I was the CEO of Roberti Enterprises. Although the organization had built various companies but it is best known for building one of the top ten most successful sales organizations in the history of Direct Selling with over $5 billion in sales and a global organization of over 50,000 team members in over 25 countries.
In 2015, I became part of the Advisory Council at Wake Forest University’s Entrepreneurial Program. In this role, I have been availed the opportunity to work in the trenches with the University and its entrepreneurial students to help propel Wake Forest into the elite position of being one of the top entrepreneurial colleges in the US.
In 2017, I was asked to be part of the Industry Research Committee of the Direct Selling Association (DSA). This allowed me to both learn and contribute to the future of Direct Selling. I have the privilege of working with global Direct Sellers who share my passion to build a better future for Direct Selling. Direct Selling and Network Marketing need to transform. I plan be an influential part of the massive global on-going efforts to accomplish that goal and insure that the best it yet to come for Direct Selling.
In the late summer of 2017, I am launching my upcoming book entitled Reset: the re-imaging of Direct Selling. Direct Selling is a proven, meaningful global distribution channel that has over 100 million entrepreneurs as its salesforce and almost $3 trillion in sales in the last 27 years. Direct Selling is going through a critical transformation period. I know my book can be a blueprint to help the world become better educated on the past, present and future of the Direct Selling distribution channel and business model.
In 2016, I decided to focus 100% of my efforts on building my own business ventures, which has included the expansion of my consulting and training for others. My audience is entrepreneurs, executive teams, and leaders seeking to create or advance their momentum in business. While my primary focus will be in Direct Selling, I will continue to work with traditional companies, professional athletes and others who share my passion to be the best.
